For Stony Brook University Programs

Check-IN at UVa

Campers should arrive between 3 - 4 pm on Sundays (or Saturday for the 7/3 session).

If arriving by bus, train, or plane, please schedule your arrival between 2 and 6 pm. We will meet your child at the appropriate Charlottesville station during these times at no extra charge, otherwise we can refer you to a limo service. If you are flying into Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) and need to be picked up there is an additional fee of $150. Please contact us for transportation arrangements. Please return your Transportation Information form one week prior to check-in.

Day Campers* should arrive on Sunday at 4:00 pm for orientation, followed by dinner and an instructional or recreational segment from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. (*Day campers for the 7/3 session: Sports Camps & Tennis/Golf participants check-in on Sunday 7/4 at 9 am for an instructional or recreational segment and 4th picnic. Academic Camp participants check-in on Saturday 7/3 at 5 pm for orientation, dinner and non-instructional activities.)

Check-OUT at UVa

Campers need to be picked up at 10 am on Friday (or 2 pm Friday for the 1-week Mini Camp participants).

If departing by bus, train, or plane, please schedule departure between 11 am - 2 pm. We will escort your child to the appropriate Charlottesville station during these times at no extra charge, otherwise we can refer you to a limo service. If you are departing from Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) and need us to transport you there is an additional fee of $150. Please contact us for transportation arrangements. Please return your Transportation Information form one week prior to check-in.

Day Campers* at UVa check out Thursday between 5 - 5:30 pm or at 10 pm for Extended Day students. (*Day campers in the 1-week Mini Camps will check out on Friday at 2 pm)

Early Arrivals / Late Departures

4 Star does not have the facilities to accommodate campers who arrive or leave the day before or after the designated dates of their camp.

Check-IN at Stony Brook

Campers should arrive between 1 - 2 pm on Sundays.

Day Campers should arrive on Sunday at 2:00 pm ready to play tennis. Day campers will be finished with their tennis at 5 pm on the check-in day and should be picked up at that time.

Check-OUT at Stony Brook

Camp ends with a short awards presentation at 12 noon on Friday with check-out immediately following.

Day Campers will be playing tennis on Friday morning with check out after the 12 noon awards presentation.
