Open to campers entering 12th grade who exhibit exceptional abilities and leadership potential, 4 Star Camps Counselor In Training (CIT) teen-leadership program helps teens develop valuable interpersonal, group-living, communication, organizational and team-building skills.
The CIT Director assists with program planning and supervising activities. Our hands-on learning environment allows CITs to work into responsible roles leading kids’ summer camp activities.
CITs may complete their training in two-week academic sessions or one week sports sessions spread throughout the summer.
We aim to provide a Virginia summer camp training program that fosters personal growth, encourages strong relationships and enables CITs to enjoy meaningful experiences to enhance their college applications, career aspirations and lives!
Cost of the CIT Program is 50% of the program you apply for.
